Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • There is garage access and only two steps to enter the home.
  • The owners of this home use exterior cameras to monitor their property and ensure it remains safe. The cameras face the front/driveway area only and are not pointed at the interior of the home.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Quiet hours after 10pm must be observed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased for the fire pit by contacting us with at least a week's notice. You will receive two wrapped packs of kiln dried wood and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available onsite.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov–March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens provided.
  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics provided.
  • Starter set of paper products provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, and dryer provided.
  • High-speed internet available.
  • Pool table and hot tub available.
  • Climate control is available.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
